Letty has an incredible passion to speak into the lives of hurting people.  She longs to bring people to know and understand who they are in Christ, and for them to reach their fullest potential in Him. 

 

Letty has always had a strong desire to help people achieve their personal goals and has been working to make this happen even in her professional career as a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for the past 15 years.  Her motivation to see others succeed is driven by her love and compassion for people.

 

Over the years, Letty has served in multiple capacities at church.  For three years, she served on her church serve team at weekly outreaches throughout Houston to include feeding the homeless, visiting nursing home residents, providing food and clothing to needy families, and interacting with/mentoring “at risk” youth.  Letty has served in kids ministry, has lead bible-based connect groups for church members, and has been a coach to connect group leaders.  She currently serves as a prayer team leader and discipleship leader at her church.  Her unique experience with training leaders and ministering to children in Tanzania, Ghana, and Haiti has also increased her zeal for reaching people worldwide.  

 

In addition, Letty has been honored to serve on the B.A.R.E. Leadership team, to include the role of community outreach coordinator for this powerful women’s ministry.  This role consisted of her speaking and ministering to groups of women at various times for a total of three years.

Having gone through her own personal experiences of pain and loss, Letty is able to empathize with others needing comfort, encouragement, and hope.  As the founder of March On Motivations, she seeks to instill courage in the heart of every reader and ensure they feel loved, significant, and empowered throughout their life's journey.

Letty resides in Houston, TX and enjoys being both a wife and mother, which she considers as her first ministry.
